We would like to inform you that from March 10th, the use of electronic devices on board of our flights is allowed in all flight phases.
These devices may be used on taxiing, takeoff and landing, as long as they are connected on “airplane / flight mode”. This means they are not transmitting data.
Electronic devices that can be used in Vueling aircrafts are:
- Mobile phones / smartphones.
- Electronic tablets.
- Electronic and personal noise cancel headphones.
- MP3, MP4… and music digital players.
- Handheld portable electronic games.
- Laptops and notebooks.
- Bluetooth devices.
- Personal photo and video cameras (not professional).
- Handheld DVD/CD players.
Transport of medical electronic devices needed to maintain physiological functions of passengers, is allowed only if those devices do not transmit or have a transmitter mode.
It is forbidden in any aircraft of Vueling to use ant type of electronic cigarette and any type of electronic devices (including any electronic cigarette) may not be used during refueling or defueling. They must also be turned off, even if they have “airplane / flight mode”.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices with antenna or otherwise emit electromagnetic waves may be used aboard any aircraft of Vueling whenever the doors are open. Within the above devices, are included all devices that can send or receive calls, text messages, photos or any type network messaging services.
During any phase of the flight, the crew may order to stow and to switch off any electronic devices on-board in the case of suspected interference or anomalies detected in the aircraft systems operation (even when if PEDs have any “airplane / flight mode” option).
Also is not allowed to use any kind of personal headphones on the seats placed in the rows located in the emergency exits during critical phases of flight (taxiing, take-off and landing).

All passengers will be able to use smartphones, tablets, portable video consoles, mp3 players and e-books during takeoff and landing, on airplane mode.
Barcelona, March 10th 2014-. Vueling will allow the use of electronic devices on board its aircraft during all flight phases, including taxiing, take-off and landing.
Starting today the use of electronic devices during all phases of flight will be possible onboard of all Vueling aircraft. The company already has the approval from the Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea Española (AESA) for the implementation of the new rules, which will allow the airline passengers to use their portable electronic devices in all phases of the flight.
All electronic devices can be turned on during taxiing, take-off and landing, as long as the terminals are connected on airplane mode and not transmitting data.
Given their weight and size and taking into consideration the rules regarding keeping floor space clear of obstacles during take-off and landing, portable computers and notebooks can only be used during the flight itself, and again always following instructions given out by the crew.

NOTE: Portable computers cannot be used during taxiing, take-off and landing. In all cases, passengers must abide by the rules laid down by the crew.
We would like to inform you that from November 15th 2013, Morocco embraces the european regulation concerning the transportation of liquids in hand luggage detailed in Regulation 185/2010.
In accordance with the provisions on this Regulation liquids, aerosols and gels (for example, toothpaste, hair gel, perfumes, shaving foam and other items with similar consistencies), may only be carried as hand luggage providing that they are carried in individual containers with capacity not greater than 100 mililitres or equivalent in one transparent resealable plastic bag of capacity not exceeding 1 litre, whereby the contents of the plastic bag fit comfortably and the bag is completely closed. Only one bag per passenger is allowed.
Liquids and semi-solids are also permitted (for example, baby foods) wich must be consumed on board.
