We would like to inform you that an Air Traffic Control strike in France has been confirmed from 6th March and planned to last until 10th March 2017. As a result of this strike, the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) has requested airlines to reduce their flight schedules into and out of France, as well as those flights passing through French airspace. This has therefore unfortunately impacted our operations on these dates.
Please check here the cancelled flights.
We are working hard to minimise the disruption, and we would like to apologise for this cancellation. We would however like to confirm that it is not necessary for you to go to the airport to make any of these changes. You have seven days from the date of your affected flight to manage your booking.
The following options are available to you:
- Free change for another flight leaving up to 15 days before or after scheduled departure.
- Ask refund of affected flight; reimbursements will be made within the next 7 days.
You can change your flight or ask for refund of your booking clicking here.
Passengers who are affected by this strike and that have bookings made through www.vueling.com have been notified by e-mail and sms to those contacts showed on booking.
Passengers who are affected by this strike and that have booked through a travel agency or an online travel agency must contact to their customer service team to make any changes or request a refund. Those passengers who have a booking made through Iberia or British Airways in codeshare with Vueling must request any changes or refund directly from that airline.
We kindly ask you to check previously your flight status before going to the airport.
Please check here all the information about Passengers’ Rights.
Whilst this situation is outside of our control, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
