Flights operated from/to Brussels

After the partial re-opening of Brussels airport, our operations from/to Brussels- Zaventem airport (BRU) have been partially resumed.

Until Brussels airport is not entirely functional, some of our flights will be operating from / to Lille Airport.

If your flight isn’t on the previous list of flights operating from / to Lille, we confirm you that in that case it will be operated from/to Brussels- Zaventem airport (BRU).

We inform you as a temporary measure our check in desk at Brussels airport will be in Check-in Hall 2. Check here for more information.

National strike in France

We would like to inform you that a national strike in France is due for the 26th of January, that causes some restrictions in our operations.

Due to this situation, we kindly ask you to check your flight status clicking here  before you go to the airport.

All passengers affected by the national strike with bookings made through www.vueling.com have been informed by e-mail and sms to the same e-mail entered in the booking.

The options at your disposal are:

CHANGE THE FLIGHT OR REQUEST A REFUND ONLINE

  • Free change to the previous or next available flight.
  • Change to another flight without paying any fee for the change, but the fare difference between both flights should be paid.
  • Ask for the refund of the affected flight. The refunds will be done within seven (7) days.

You can change your flight or ask for the refund here.

Additionally you can contact our special telephone number 902 808 009 from Spain, 33184884814 from France, 390694801256 from Italy, and (+34) 93 122 00 55 from other countries.

It’s not necessary that you go to the airport to manage this procedures. You have 7 days from the date of your flight affected to manage your change or request the refund.

All passengers of flights affected by the strike with bookings made through travel agencies or online agencies, should ask for the change or the refund to their own customer services.

If you have a booking done by Iberia in codeshare with Vueling, you should ask for the change or the refund through www.iberia.com.

We would like to go ahead

We would like to inform you that a ground handling services strike is expected by Menzies Aviation Ibérica staff at Madrid airport. The partial work stoppage will be held on 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th of September from 04h30 to 07h30 and from 19h30 to 21h30.

We would like to provide you the following recommendations for your flight:

  1. We advise you to do the check-in online, please click here.
  2. We recommend you to go in advance to the airport in order to avoid further inconveniences.
  3. We advise you to travel with hand baggage.

Despite this situation our schedule operations will not be affected.

Fire at the Rome – Fiumicino airport

Check-in counters for all our flights from Rome-Fiumicino are located in Terminal 3, both for passengers who have to check-in and those who already have the boarding passes.

Air traffic Controllers strike in Spain

We inform you that on July 11th, 12th, 25th and 26th, an air traffic controllers strike in Spain is expected with partial work stoppages, without affectation in our usual operations,
although some restrictions may be caused at the specified time frame.

12th July: From 17pm to 20pm
25th July: From 10am to 13pm
26th July: From 17pm to 20pm
